I know I've hit the point of deperation when I'm sitting here, googling "crim pro II," and "crim pro 2 outline" over and over again. I'm about 1/20 done with my crim pro II outline. And why am I even taking this stupid class? Because my fine institution said that it was a Bar-tested course. Liars. This year, the school changed its mind and revealed that actually, no it isn't. Being the genious that I am, I've managed to waste my time on a non-bar-tested course for NO reason.
Please...I beg of you, my fellow law students, if you have a crim pro 2 outline, please send one my way. Good bad, decent, partial - anything will do! The final is on Thursday, for god's sake. I've managed to teach myself about the right to counsel, but I have 1000 pages left to cover. Yes - ONE THOUSAND pages.
Oh I'm in a real pickle this time.
