Amazing.

I think it's rather funny that I managed to sit in my con law class and learn hardly anything. I also find it rather amazing that I just taught myself the history of how the 10th Amendment has been interpreted over the years. Truly...baffling. It's quite a shock to be able to teach yourself anything as convoluted as con law in 24 hours. I realize that I probably don't know everything there is to know, or even everything there is to know on the final exam, but I'm pretty darn proud of myself.

Professor E, you really did a number on me. When you were talking about Printz v. US, I really had NO idea you were discussing the 10th Amendment. Actually, when you were talking about all those cases we discussed, I had no idea what your point was. Why? Because you never really gave a point. I was never asking for black letter law, but heck, a nice, "This is why this case is important..." would have been nice.

Well. I have, oh about a good 3 hours before I begin losing it. I still have much to memorize. At least the self-teaching part is done. Really...the things one can accomplish in desperation is amazing.
