my frustration

I wanted to post a typical job listing on Craigslist for the SF Bay Area:

"BLK Partners LLC, a leading CA legal search firm, is recruiting legal talent for top SF and SV law firms. We are seeking attorneys who desire associate positions at prestigious law firms and who have experience in the following practice areas: litigation, corporate, real estate, IP and bankruptcy. We work with grads from 2001-2006 who have already begun their legal careers. Attorneys from top law schools, with high grades, or who have practiced at large firms are encouraged to apply. "

First of all, they're only looking for grads up to 2006 so that already wipes me out. Second, this placement agency wants someone from a top law school, with high grades, who have practiced in large firms. I'm thinking that person already has a job and doesn't need your help! This entire posting is meant for the person who doesn't need a job!!!

So that ad pretty much sums up my job-finding frustration. Argh...
